QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Veritas Otomotiv was established in 2008 with more than 160 years of experience in Çerkezköy-Tekirdağ, and is a partner of the automotive industry offering high-quality rubber products to the industry leaders such as BMW, VW, Audi, and Daimler.
In addition to the OEMs, Veritas Otomotiv supplies parts to Tier One companies like Bosch, Continental, Sumitomo Electric etc. and mainly produces rubber hoses (charged air intake, water drain hoses etc.), bellows, bumpers and gaskets.
Veritas Otomotiv is searching for a Quality Manager to be employed in Cerkezköy Plant with the following qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or Business Administration
• More than 5 years professional experience
• Additional qualification as quality manager (e.g. DGQ), Internal Auditor ISO/TS 16949, Process Auditor VDA 6.3
• Extensive knowledge in FMEA, MSA, SPC, DoE, APQP, Control Plan, PPAP
• Profound knowledge in statistics, reliability, process analysis, project management, problem solving methods
• Experience in managing employees
İŞ TANIMI
• Implementation of the quality-relevant requirements of the Quality Management system and quality policy
• Ensuring ISO/TS 16949 conformity
• Responsible for the improvement of the Quality Management system at the location
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring Quality Planning, customer quality management and supplier management at the location
• Responsible for the proper and timely processing of internal and external sampling, measurement and laboratory tests
• Following and ensuring the quality targets and the process characteristics at the location
• Ensuring and developing the quality level of production
• Preparation of location-based management evaluation
• Implementation of quality improvement programs
• Participation and follow-up of QL-Meetings
• Consulting and support in all Q-questions at the location
