• Technical expertise in cooling will be an asset
• Able to understand cooling systems issues. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Have minimum 2 years of work experience,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Advanced level of MS Office usage,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Manisa or İzmir,
• Will eligible to travel within Turkey frequently,

İŞ TANIMI

• Identifying, mapping, scouting, negotiating and contracting new technical services and local forwarders (for 1-2-1) all over Turkey.
• Monitoring performace KPIs of field network techicians and logistics providers across Turkey.
• Create back up network reserves for Turkey teritory.  
• Analyzing and reporting network efficiency per region, propose number of service technicians needed per region based on number of equipment under services scope per case.
• Propose improvements and changes in field network services 3rd parties
• Follow up contract validation of field service network 3rd parties across Turkey
• Solving communication problems with field network aiming seemless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Auditing service network performance in field visiting the fileld and assesing their performance and capabilities. For technical field services will seek support for auding from Technical Services Department technicians.
