QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Hub Sales Planning Expert to be employed in Ümraniye Head Office with the following qualifications:
· University degree in related Engineering fields and/or Business Administration,
· Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain and/or sales planning, procurement, stock management, quotations, delivery management etc.
· Analytic and conceptual, Customer and Decision-making Competence, Flexibility and Intercultural Competence,
· Fluent level of English is a must, knowledge of German is an asset,
· MS Office and SAP knowledge (in MM and SD),
· No restrictions to travel.
The person will be responsible for;

İŞ TANIMI
The person will be responsible for;
- Design and secure the regional value chain process in close alignment with Purchasing and Logistics strategies,
- Representative of Global Demand-Supply Management topics in region T-MEA-CIS; counterpart and support of Global Demand-Supply Management in region,
- Safeguarding process excellence in the region to guarantee e-2-e responsibility within the region,
- Implementing continuous process improvement in the region based on global definition, regional best practices sharing,
- To ensure to get the quantities in HUB plant according to the given Business Plan targets,
- To make the Sales Planning of the HUB plant,
- To make the necessary revisions in purchasing orders,
- To ensure the goods flow, making necessary meetings with the suppliers,
- To make the necessary calculations and reports on BP and Forecasts.
