Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Kale Havacılık / Kale Aero

• BS/MS degree in related Engineering departments, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

• Preferably industry experience in  aviation or automotive

• Good knowledge and experience in Lean Activities in related processes

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Analytical thinking , result oriented, self motivated , positive and energetic ,creative , good communication skill

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Knowledge of MTM-UAS (Methods-Time Measurement)

• Completed military service for male applicants

• No restriction to travel abroad

İŞ TANIMI

• Participate Manufacturing Systems Design studies

• (Work content and workplace organization;  Layout -workplace studies, Process Flow Charts,  Process Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis;  etc.)

• Participate preparing first artical inspection standards studies,

• Takes part at Lean tools and  simplification methodologies projects all sites of KALE Aero

• Participate Manufacture Feasibility Analysis studies

• Participate defining gaps in Best Business Practices (BBP’s) and then work with all levels of the plant in establishing and executing a strategy for improving them.

• Participate planning, implementation and reporting activities of related Production System (Lean Manufacturing) tools,

• Conducting time measure of production working phases and sub-phases
