Bachelor degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Business or equivalent; preferably 3-5 years of hands-on CP and/or Logistics experience including:

. Good negotiation, inter-personal and communication skills
. Good Business English, written and oral
. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
. Preparation and execution of tenders and contracts
. Local and Global Stakeholder engagement exposure
. Supplier Management

İŞ TANIMI

The role of the “Procurement Manager” is responsible for managing the strategic execution of sourcing strategies and ensuring optimal contract coverage (cost extraction and commercial risk mitigation) across spend of the business for Logistics, Trading & Supply (T&S), Lubricants Supply Chain, Marine and Aviation.
 

- Develop strategies and tactics that meet project drivers, are fully integrated across the projects, and are supported by all key stakeholders - Drive supplier pre-qualification (Technical, Financial, HSSE), close monitoring and knowledge of Logistic, marine, aviation and T&S contractors in the market. - Prepare and issue invitations to tender. Being in close cooperation with the Contract Holder while defining the demand, clarification of technical specifications. - Ensure that the approved HSSE standards and policies are fully incorporated in the process of contractor selection and in the subsequent work execution phases - Run tender clarification process and negotiations with supplier(s) - Prepare and present contracting strategy, tender and award proposals to Venture Tender Board for endorsement - Prepare and execute final contract documents - Set-up and manage an auditable Records Management System for CP (Contracting & Procurement) - Contribute to the CP team network and share of standards, Market Intelligence and best practices. - In close cooperation with the Contract Holders, develop and execute the Contract Management Plan where required - Provide Commercial support to Contract Holders during contract execution, and contribute to continuous performance drive - Contribute to implementation of the HSSE Control Framework and the Goal Zero principles by the contractors and subcontractors - Maintain and update Global Framework Agreements - Capture opex / capex / COGS savings in Evita tool within the in line with global process and procedures. - Enter Contracts in related database management. - Conduct supplier audits and prompt/timely completion of all action items, implementation of the GSAP Streamline processes.
