QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- 4 years’ university degree
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in product management/brand development
- Previous sales or trade marketing experience would be asset
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Growth mindset and results driven
- Innovative, ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English
İŞ TANIMI
To contribute to the growth of a brand on his / her market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising Excellence for a specific product(s).- Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
- Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing
- Manage marketing budget and brand P&L
