We are looking for a Senior Budgeting & Controlling Specialist who will assume responsibility for the financial process for our production plant in Gebze area and will report to BPA Manager in Technical Operations ;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar jobs (Especially in Pharmaceutical sector and/or multinational companies will be an asset)
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills  
• P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Budget knowledge is a must,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,  
• Able to work within a dynamic environment and correspond with flexible working hours
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines, strong attention to details, well-organized, team-player,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Resident in Anatolian Side

İŞ TANIMI

He / she will work as Budgeting & Controlling Specialist in our production plant in Gebze area and responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for long and short term budgeting and forecasting activities, financial planning and analysis

• Controlling and analyzing financial reports and budgets,

• Preparation of monthly management reports, performing analysis and controls in month end closing periods,

• Performing detailed budget variance and bridge analysis vs Actual/Forecast with explanation and commentary,

• Preparing P&L and cash flow simulations

• Active support role for the businesses on operational level,

• Preparing feasibility and sensitivity analysis for investment projects (Plant, new investments)

• Following up CAPEX, preparing cost and profit analysis

• To prepare, validate and publish internal and group reports of Gebze plants KPI’s & financials; and support with additional analysis when necessary, working as business partner
