QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Graduated from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related disciplines,
· Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred,
· Minimum 4 years of HR experience preferably in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Management and Compensation and Benefits, Process Development,
· Good level of Towers Watson Global Career Level Methodology,
· Preferably experienced in HR systems,
· Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
· Good command of both written and spoken English,
· Customer focused personality,
· Experience of managing process development to successful conclusion within tight deadlines, good at time management requiring multitasking & correct prioritization,
· A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details,
· Excellent problem solving skills,
· No military obligation (for male candidates).

· Partner with the business to drive people and talent management processes as well as organizational development,
· Driving compensation and benefits processes for promotions and salary adjustments utilizing various external benchmarking tools,
· Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders on crafting position descriptions that accurately define job responsibilities and engage potential candidates,
· Understanding and effectively engaging in all areas of HR (organization development, performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and talent acquisition) in order to provide front-line, day-to-day HR partnership to Managers and associates,
· Develop and implement on-boarding and orientation plans for new hires,
· Advise leaders on performance management processes and opportunities for employees,
· Support learning and development (i.e., leadership development) initiatives,
· Facilitate change management along with leaders throughout the business,
· Driving communication plans and tools,
· Driving various communications such as welcome announcements, promotions and organization announcements.
