Qualifications  
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, Programming, Industrial Engineering and related Information Technologies.
 
Knowledge of specific areas
  • Information Technologies, Algorithms, Relational Databases, Object Oriented Technologies
 
Professional skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
 
Previous role related experience
  • Basic experience CRM software development, especially Siebel development
  • Basic experience Order & Campaign Management  software development
 
People-based experience
  • Basic understanding of the Telecommunications Business
  • Basic understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure
  • Good understanding of software development process

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a CRM Solutions Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to CRM Solutions Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                              
  • Analysis, specification, and validation of requirements for the assigned projects.
  • Strong understand the purpose and scope of the assigned projects.(Business requirement specification).
  • Participate and review development design and code within the team.
  • To ensure that assigned projects and services can be delivered within projected budget (in terms of resource usage and hardware design ) performance criteria and timescale.
  • Responsible for reviewing development design and code within the team.
  • Develop, design and implement solution. (Drawing simple flow chart, Designing database model, Designing modules (methods, functions, procedures...), Writing release notes & TLD documents)
  • Provide immediate solutions to any problems himself/herself or suggesting interim solution if it requires detailed examination. 
  • Doing Unit tests, Solving software defects, Testing usability, scalability, performance, compatibility, reliability of software
  • Code review management and product defect management.
  • Identify solutions for issues and prioritize efforts for solving them.
  • Software Quality and reliability analysis.
  • Supporting service management department for installing or maintaining the software product as long as required
  • Responsible for performing application monitoring and  performance tuning of released product and services.
  • Do the maintenance and 3rd level support of the products delivered, as long as required.
  • Tracking and logging related activities on issue tracking tool.
  • Follow up evolving business proactively and be prepared for the new services to be demanded on the related modules.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve our time to market, service quality, flexibility and reusability. 
  • Contribute creative ideas to the product development pipeline.
  • Be updated with international software standards and technologies and inform upper management.
  • Investigate and survey new technologies and share knowledge and experience with team members.
  • Research on creating reusable software components and inform the results of studies to other groups.
  • Support and educate the Junior FTEs and 3rd Party resources in the team.
  • Working with partners to envision, define, and execute integrations of software into our customers software platform.
