• University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Agricultural or Environmental Engineering, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in a senior Marketing role.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a changing difficult business environment.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. People management skills.
• Ability to manage, coordinates, and integrates people, processes and organizational resources in a multi-cultural environment to achieve a common objective.
• Competent interpersonal skills to establish a motivated and focused team
• Proactive persuasiveness and collaborative influencing skills to build effective relationships
• Ability to work under own initiative and to be innovative.
• Result and customer oriented in the competitive business environment
• Ability to implement product launch and marketing strategies.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and Power Point.

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement marketing excellence in the country. Understand customers' needs and strengthen the business through continuous end-user focus.
• Develop, gain approval for and implement short and long term local marketing strategies (pricing, promotion, place and product) in line with global strategies to meet the company objectives of turnover, profit and market share growth.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans incorporating market research, advertising, PR and promotional campaigns. Feed the outcome of market research to WMS database.
• Coordinate and drive annual budget preparations including regional presentations
• Work closely with sales to ensure that trade marketing activities compliment other marketing activities ensuring company objectives are met.
• Prepare annual budget proposal for P&I spend and monitor and control spend within budget once approved.
• Work within and contribute to the global platforms for marketing strategy and portfolio development to ensure that new product opportunities are identified, evaluated and brought to market.
• Direct, control and motivate marketing staff to ensure that teams are in place and work together in supporting the achievements of company objectives.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and strategies as part of the global working groups (GMP, MEP, etc.) and Turkey Management Team.
• Actively promote the company's image by participation in trade organizations.
• Responsible for market and competitor analysis.
