Clinical Application Specialist

The Clinical Applications Specialist position is responsible for delivering technical and clinical training and education to certify surgeons and operating room office staff on the use and application of Alcon’s Refractive Laser products, including WaveLight excimer, femtosecond lasers and diagnostic technology and Verion digital marking system

Requirements:

University degree from technical faculty
Min.5 years of experience in related area
Very good communication skills in English
Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop relationships with surgeons and key personnel at accounts in order to effectively influence on the approved and most effective use of Alcon refractive technology.
• Identify and report all adverse events and product complaints/malfunctions to Medical Safety per company protocol.
• Successful training will result in high levels of customer satisfaction and high quality patient outcomes.
• Provides onsite and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific, technical information in response to on and off-label inquiries regarding the use of Alcon's refractive products.
• Works at targeted accounts to assist in converting competitive Refractive centers to Alcon refractive systems.
• Manages expenses within prescribed guidelines.
• Supports Sales and Marketing through product demonstrations at trade shows and meetings.
