• University degree from Department of Architecture,
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar position in retail sector,
• Excellent command of both written&spoken English,
• Having construction side experience,
• No travel restrictions,
• Creative and with a strong attention to detail,

• Open to change and innovation.

İŞ TANIMI

• In close cooperation with the Real Estate division, offered or acquired, possible Store-Locations are validated in terms of do ability and technical circumstances (Design, Equipping, Outdoor-Advertising etc.),
• Responsible for technical drawing used by AutoCAD and other tools in terms of procedures,
• Responsible for design planning of the new opening stores and remodelling planned stores,
• Responsible for operational process for new opening stores and remodelling planned stores, in terms of design and planning,
• Construction/fitting specifications (BAB) conception, administration and development,
• Developing of floor concepts,
• Checking architectural design and drawings,
• Able to make design BOQ calculations related to civil works,
• To identify the potential problems of the construction with the solutions,
• To follow the construction work and assure the quality of all materials,
• Negotiating construction and outfitting specification with landlord / investors as well as external architects/ engineers,
• Negotiating with design institutes and partners as well as lessors,
• Cooperate with the technical staff and coordinate the teamwork.
