İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an HR Reward Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Reward and Recognition Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
Is responsible for the service delivery of the Reward & Recognition programmes quality
- Support Reward Manager for reward strategy / compensation philosophy that positions Vodafone Turkey as the employer of choice for employees and ensure that all employees understand the employee value proposition.
- Works with VF Group and Global Centres of Expertise to support Reward Manager for the yearly strategy and short term agenda for Reward & Recognition, implementing relevant broad-banding, pay management, STIP, LTI, share plan and benefits (health/life/pension) policies, standards and frameworks
- Design, simulate and implement specific initiatives within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap
- Improve and develop total reward processes and initiate new proposals
-Manage operational aspects for new joiners, promotions and leavers. This includes co-ordination of relevant internal parties, liaison with recruitment and preparation of salary offers proposals
-Provide Data input and market analysis for the market salary surveys and generating benchmarks internally and ensure internal pay equity across the Company.
- Operational contact with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery to time and budget
- support the resourcing team and business partners with ad hoc queries
- Maintain work flow/process to support project management of Compensation and Benefit policies /projects/initiatives
- Monitor the outcomes in order to review and develop the process
- Proactive support to R&R projects.
Develop broad understanding of R&R including base pay, variable pay, benefits, incentives, share plans
- Research R&R trends and competitive practice
- Represent Vodafone vision, values, and commitments in the daily conduct with the internal and external stakeholders.
