- Degree qualified in a associate or an master discipline
- Minimum of 3 years Datacenter Support or Management Experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008
- Good understanding of MySQL 5, MSSQL 2005
- Good understanding of Linux Red Hat Enterprise 5.0
- Good understanding of Mail Server
- Good understanding of system security
- Good understanding of system technologies (email, dns, ftp, sqlserver, web server, ETRN, Spam Filter )

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Cloud and Messaging Support Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Data,Cloud & Messaging Support Executive of Vodafone Turkey.
- Accountable for making daily operation of Istanbul Esentepe, İstanbul Maslak, Ankara and İzmir Datacenter services
- To take necessary action to resolve customer incidents within agreed KPI’s
- To make root cause analysis and permanent resolution for each incidents
- Accountable for making related configurations on the VFNET DSN Server, Viruswall, ASP, Blackberry, Email, FTP Servers, SQL and Web Servers in order to resolve customer requests
- To give 5X8 hand & eye support for the corporate customer requests
- Accountable for reporting high impacted system failures occurred on VFNET Shared DNS, Email, FTP, SQL and WEB Servers to Level 3 System Support Unit
- Responsible for managing and operating IP KVM servers and systems
- To arrange suitable working areas and network connections for the customers who are coming to VFNET datacenters to make planned maintenance work and to companion if needed as 7/24
- Accountable for arranging customer appointments for planned maintenance works
- Accountable for giving knowledge support to sales team in order to design customer datacenter projects
- Accountable for managing new projects of datacenter customers
- To physically install and configure customer servers
- Accountable for managing and periodically informing of corporate customer’s authorized IT personnel from the beginning of the project till the project delivery
- To coordinate and Cooperate with Corporate Sales and Customer
- To coordinate VFNET technical teams (Data Support, Backbone, System Support, Security etc) in order to complete project installations
- To arrange suitable working area and network connections for the customers who come to VFNET datacenters to make project installation
- To keep datacenter environment shipshape
- To check cabling and power connections of the customer servers located in VFNET datacenters periodically
- To check cooling system and temperature of the datacenter periodically
- Accountable for making related configurations on the VFNET DSN, Email Servers, Blackberry, ASP, Virus wall, SQL, FTP and Web Servers in order to provision corporate customer projects
