Onsite Project Manager

We are looking for an “Onsite Project Manager” for our client with the following skills and the qualifications;

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar support role with daily contact with multinational experience
• Experience in project management
• Accomplished user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and other).
• University Degree
• Fluent in English
• Very communicative, good attention to detail, focused on solutions and strives for improvement
• Very good work organization, initiative, loyalty, maturity, a positive attitude discretion, confidentiality
• Able to make things happen, initiative and an excellent team player
• Whilst confident in own abilities is sensitive to others to ensure the best team performance
• Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high growth environment

• Leading and building the recruitment team
• Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing - LinkedIn, Job Boards & Web
• Developing talent integration and retention strategies
• Communication with onsite and offsite recruitment team, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Acting as a single point of contact for client inquiries
• Ad Hoc reporting
• Optimizing operational process flows and looking for ways to increase output  in a customer obsessed manner to delight the candidate while delivering a consistent and scalable experience to all stakeholders
• Responsible for creation and delivery of productivity actions that will closely measure and monitor all critical KPI’s to ensure the team is tracking in the right way to support the recruitment demand from all parties
• Closely monitoring and driving capacity plans to ensure you are always staffed appropriately to avoid any drops in productivity or support
