• University degree in Industrial Engineering at least 2-3 years work experience in Local and International supply chain related areas.
• Strong Project Management capabilities of managing conflicting high priority demands.
• Experience of implementing project improvement methodologies (DMAIC etc) withSix Sigma background. Green/Black Belt owner is a plus.
• Experience of Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Process Design and Implementation (Strive for excellence)
• Experience of working with ERP systems and WMS solutions
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, to develop and implement action plans, and to increase operating efficiencies
• Excellent communications skills with experience of working in an international environment and working in market
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, experience of MS Project
• Flexibility for travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and develop initiatives across DCs to realize these
• Confirm business requirements for IT System developments to System Business Analysts
• Work with Local IT and third party WMS teams to ensure DC’s operations improvement
• Track cost benefits associated with Local and International DC’s and revised ways of working
• Develop and manage and sustain the SOP Document for the Local and International DC’s
• Accountable for the cost and KPI performance of the International DCs in line with the contracts and operating plans agreed for both sites
• Accountable for the KPI performance of the Local DCs in line with OTIF Target
• Searching for 3PLs, RFQ management, tender management, evaluation of 3PLs, and Contract & SLA management, implementation project planning with the selected 3PLs both for warehousing and transportation services
• Work with stakeholders across the business and partners to refine and improve the process within the Local and International DC’s
• Support and input into the development of the Supply Chain Strategy
• Creation and maintenance of monthly and weekly KPI reporting pack for management
• Establish and manage a set of SLA’s with the warehousing partners
