QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- University degree social sciences or engineering, statistics, mathematics
- Good with team work
- Excellent writing and reporting skills

- Able to work minimum 3 days/week during the winter period
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an Operator Relations Intern with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Operator Relations Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- All operational requests (IX rate changes, new number definition, new tariff definition, new traffic routings, launch of new services, letter of guarantee changes, capacity changes, interconnect requests on Maximo tool) with the licenced operators after agreement signed
- Signature process of the approved agreements
- Arrangement of the official letters coming from other operators
