CIB Business Management Supervisor/Assistant Manager
We are looking for  Supervisor/Assistant Manager who is willing to join CIB Business Management Division in CIB Group in TEB.
The ideal candidate should:

•  Have 0- 4 years job experience in the sector,
• Have proven track record to manage projects working with stakeholders of different departments and different geographies,
• Be fluent in English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
• Have strong

İŞ TANIMI

1. Assist to Designing, organizing updating all processes, control structures and systems within CIB according to CIB norms,
2. Assist to manage projects with relevant stakeholders including Business Lines, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Managing the subject from beginning to end, being the key communication bridge between the both local and global stakeholders
3. Anticipating and securing the project resource needs vis-à-vis priorities & time-to-market.
4. Formation of the project processes of CIB within the framework of needs and change management, ensuring their coordination and management accordingly
5. Providing periodic reporting as required to local CIB management, local and global stakeholders
6. Maintaining the necessary coordination between TEB and BNPP Information Technologies teams in line with the project framework, managing the process
7. Management of the CIB Change Management process,
8. Designing, monitoring and updating CIB policy and processes in coordination with the relevant units,
9. Enabling the Global Markets Operational Control activity framework and ensuring the necessary coordination with the Internal Control Committee,
10. j) Invoice follow-up and input for Global Markets’ softwares)
