QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or Human Resources is a plus.
  • 4+ years progressive experience in HR, talent management and organizational development. Experience in large, multi-function, and cross geographic organizations is a plus.
  • Exposure to a global workforce, with potential to deliver globally relevant programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills in all levels of employees and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to change, adapt and grow.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience that can earn the respect of a diverse workforce
  • Skilled w/ Microsoft Office and statistical packages (ex. PowerPoint, SPSS, Excel).
  • Ability to travel as needed.


İŞ TANIMI

The Global HR Team at Yıldız Holding leads the formulation and cascading of global talent and human resources strategy, processes and tools to all business units and companies (Ülker, United Biscuits, Godiva and Demet’s). This role, reporting to the Organization & Talent Development Director will support through talent and organizational development initiatives to the evolution of the Yıldız Holding culture and in alignment with Yıldız Holding’s vision and values. 

  • Support the processes such as succession planning, global talent programs, talent assessments and performance management
  • In conjunction with the regional HR teams coordinate the annual Talent  Review Process
  • Support to leverage existing diagnostic tools such as Employee Engagement Survey, Manager Effectiveness Index, and Human Resource Metrics, etc.
  • Research latest development in management, leadership and organization development areas and keep abreast to serve as a subject matter expert and consult to organization regarding critical people issues
  • Facilitate and support to engender organizational values in the company and the creation of a unique organizational culture that gives a sustainable competitive advantage
