QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bahcelor's degree in the related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing department or General affairs department
- SAP knowledge ( especially purchasing module )
- Good command of MS Ofiice programs
- Good Command of both written and spoken English
- Reliable and responsible team player
- Strong communication , presentation, reporting and organizational skills
- Problem solver approach
- Result and customer oriented
- Have a driving licence ( Class B) , capability of driving, no travel restrictions
- No military obligation
- Eligible for Live / willing to live Kocaeli or Adapazarı
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of services, general supplies , indirect materials and spare parts
- Actively communicate with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met in a timely
- Perform all necessary procurement operations activities - vendor creation , purchase order process shipment and delivery follow up and technical issue rersolution.
- Ensure up to date SAP for Procurement transactions and master data
- Investigate opportunities for cost improvement , search for alternative sources
- Create purchasing contracts aand follow up contract compliance
- Participate in the process of supplier evalution, selection and managemet
- Keep informed of market trends for purchasing process
- Keep all data relevant to purchasing department
- Prepare various reports for management
