QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Business Development Head of Section to be working for Contact Center in Kartal office with following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics, Economics, Business administration or related fields,
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
- Good level of know-how on Microsoft Office, Access and basic level of Transact SQL, Share Point
- Know-how in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and SAP application,
- Call Center experience is an asset,
- Team management experience is an asset.
İŞ TANIMI
- Managing a team consisting of developers, business analysts and reporters,
- Supervising the activities of analyzing and processing CRM program requirements with the aim of developing a standardized template for usage,
- Managing test cases,
- Following the whole process and updates,
- Observing the call center reports/statistics, making them analyzed and providing suggestions.
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
