BSH Home Appliances is searching for Technical Services Head of Section for Central Asia, Middle East and Iran to be employed in After Sales Department inÜmraniye with following qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Preferably at least 3 years experience in home appliances sector
• Experience in managing technical teams
• Fluent English and Russian knowledge both verbal and written,
• Excellent MS Office knowledge is must,
• Strong data analysis skills by using MS excel
• Customer oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working,
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, highly organized & detail oriented,
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication, active listening and convincing skills,
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad,
• B class driver licensed
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for:

• Managing technical staff that are responsible from technical support, technical trainings and technical documentation for service technicians in Central Asia, Middle East and Iran region 
• Ensuring technical development of technical staff by supervising them
• Finding solutions to technical problems and customer complaints
• Visiting customers to support field technicians for diagnosing technical problems, when necessary
• Determining technical equipments necessary in service network of the region
• Preparing annual technical training plan and budget; coordinating realization of technical classroom and virtual classroom trainings
• Determining technical training necessities of field technicians according to their performance
• Increasing effectiveness of training concept by following new training methods and implementing them
• Participating international product trainings personally and transferring technical knowledge to the team
• Making data analysis about technical issues, preparing regular reports and giving feedback to related departments to improve product quality
• Supporting field operations to ensure high quality services by technicians
