Channel Marketing Responsible - Retail

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• 5 years experience in automotive industry
• Comprehensive marketing and sales background
• Sound understanding of financial processes,
• P&L structure and KPI's
• Ideally already connected with main players/customers in the channel
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience in program analysis with regards to technical and commercial aspects
• Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven and target oriented
• Sales personality with interpersonal competence
• Future orientation
• Trained and experienced in conflict management
• Driving license and no restrictions for travel (~%50 of working hours)
• Excellent customer-orientation and networking skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Definition of market requirements for retail channel in Turkey, Iran and Middle East countries
• Responsibility for Marketing activities regarding to retail customers
• Development and planning of branding support for retail activities in alignment with EU retail sales team and local key account management
• Implementation and coordination of sales promotions and campaigns with relevant product specialists and country sales managers in respective countries
• Brand Management – Position the Bosch brand within the targeted segment
• Competitor analysis in retail channel (e.g. portfolio, coverage, pricing and development counter-activities)
• Support European retail sales team in EU Retail tenders
• Definition of relevant retail KPI in order to track channel performance aligned with EU Retail Sales Team and
• Country Sales Management
