QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for “Service Sales Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Electrification Products Division, in Dudullu location with below qualifications;
· University degree in Electrical Engineering,
· At least 2 years of experience in service or sales
· Good knowledge in LV products, systems and related operation and maintenance,
· Excellent command of written & spoken English,
· Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented,
· Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
· Completed military service for male applicants.
· Develop business through market research and identify project opportunities,
· Participate in demand side budgeting process,
· Understand customer needs and identify opportunities,
· Pursue and build business and relationships through proactive selling,
· Utilize all opportunities to sell additional services to customers,
· Ensure price quality,
· Achieve sales order volume as per agreed team and personal target,
· Attend and contribute in risk reviews,
· Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries,
· Continue to support customers and follow up on further service requirements.
