Product & Service Test Specialist

• A bachelor degree in Engineering preferably Electronics/ Computer Engineering,
• 2-4 years experienced in testing and analysis phases of software development projects,
• Preferably has ISTQB Foundation or ISTQB Advanced certificates,
• Hands on experience in SQL,
• Preferably has telco network experience,
• Preferably experience in HP QC, UFT or HP Performance Center,
• Knowledge in documentation process and excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Strong written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes,
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn,
• Excellent  teamwork skills,
• Knowledge about Agile Scrum,
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.

İŞ TANIMI

• Plan all tests (telco network, end-devices,  software) for new service or product,
• Preparing or review necessary documentation like test cases, test scenarios, test plan or test strategies,
• Managing S&P (Service and Product) integration or E2E tests,
• Reviewing S&P requirements, technical design documents,
• Managing test hand-over and other test process,
• Performing the E2E test tasks of the developed products according to the requirements,
• Bug management together with the team,
• Support integration and customer acceptance tests and necessary training sessions,
• Attending the analysis meetings and perform some analysis tasks if required,
• Reporting  weekly/monthly SLA or KPI reports releated test tasks or process,
• Ensure, service or product is defect-free before production.
