Assistant Quality Manager

UNILEVER

• University degree preferably in Chemical Engineering 
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Willing to live in Konya after factory relocation

İŞ TANIMI

• Actively implement the concept of Quality Management System throughout the company
• Review all quality standards and procedures to determine methods of improving / upgrading quality, reducing spoilage / wastage and operating costs where possible
• Plan work schedules and effectively co-ordinate the activities of the Incoming Inspection, Check Inspection and Quality Laboratory departments
• Evaluate and identify the capabilities of all processes within the manufacturing environments
• Implement ongoing quality training for all production operators and quality inspectors
• Maintaining and audit all quality systems
• Prepare and submit required quality reports for both local and corporate management
• Actively work with the materials / purchasing department(s) to ensure that suppliers gain quality certification to meet quality standards
• On an ongoing basis supervise and check that suppliers meet quality standards
• Continually monitor and take action when required on the actual and planned expenditure of the quality department
• Actively contribute to and recommend cost savings in “line” budgets by actively having critical roles on managing Quality Control Pillar activities in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) studies
