QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Total experience of at least 4 years
  • Previous working experience in telecommunication companies or management consultancy firms is preferable
  • Functional experience in the fields of strategy planning and development,  marketing/sales strategies, business planning
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to conceptualize and structure new ideas, strategies, etc.
  • Providing insight to customer trends/market needs and possible solutions and business models  to address new opportunities
  • Effectively cope with changing work environment and multi-task management
  • Results driven and delivery focused
  • Strong problem solving and presentation skills
 
 
 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Coordinating/running strategic projects and 5 year strategy planning cycle starting from problem definition into scope development and executing key project activities including:
    • building a comprehensive understanding of the industry dynamics  (competitors, customers, ecosystem partners, regulators, etc.)
    • structuring deep dive analysis of the competencies and strategies of key competitors of Turk Telekom and its group of companies
    • building scenarios and strategic options by evaluating competition and marketing  reports & analysis
    • building business plans and analytical models for helping the strategic decision process
    • analyzing business specific cases, challenge and verify short-long term impacts along with the company strategy and financial plans
  • Meeting with all stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations, regulation teams, etc.) for communicating the strategies and collecting the feedbacks and views
  • Reviewing the TT Group companies’ strategies and revisiting strategic moves when necessary 
  • Presenting to the top management Leading junior resources
