QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a 'Customer Quality and Project Manager' for Borusan Mannesmann Boru.
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical engineering preferably with master degree,
- Work experience in an automotive supplier industry,
- Knowledge about automotive production processes,
- Minimum 8 years experience in Quality Management Systems, Problem Solving, FMEA, PPAP,
- Minimum 5 years experience managing and/or coordinating groups/people for a common purpose,
- Ability to operate successfully in a multi dimensional matrix organization,
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Strong leadership, analytical and conceptual competence skills,
- Strong process competence, ability to integrate and cooperate,
- Organizational and good communication skills,
- B class driving license,
- Ability to travel often,
- Live/willing to live in İstanbul/ Bursa.
İŞ TANIMI
Primary responsibilities of the candidate will be on the fields of new project development/ management in close coordination with the customers, selection/ audit/ quality improvements of subcontractors in the ecosystem, resolution of the customer quality issues in tandem with commercial team and production team. The following descriptions detail the field of main responsibilities.
- Leading customer quality issue resolution,
- Working with customers to fully satisfy their requirements,
- Driving resolution of excursions at customers and ensure identification of the root cause and appropriate corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence,
- Proactively visiting the customers site as needed or requested,
- Take preventive measures to improve product quality,
- Follow up all quality problems according to customer claims and feedbacks, prepare action plans and realize those plans in agreed time scale,in coordination with quality department,
- Coordinating and working close to all other departments through documentation preparation, manage the process and follow it,
- Takes part in R&D as project leader in coordination with customer’s R&D,
- Generates ideas by investigating process, equipment, quality issues; researches and evaluates the feasibility of ideas validating marketing and innovation feedback,
- Facilitates, plans and implements projects related to process & product development,
- Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of project,
- Reports to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects,
- Management of subcontractors to meet all subcontract requirements including technical and quality requirements,
- Develop and implement strategy to support proposal efforts for new business pursuits.
