İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare in-depth strategic industry analysis as part of the annual strategy cycle and co-ordinate strategy setting process within the company
• Lead the constitution of company's short/mid-term strategy and define key strategic projects
• Initiate new strategic analysis based on company's priorities and market dynamics, and provide recommendations to senior management
• Perform industry and benchmark analysis to define Company’s positioning regarding new business opportunities
• Carry out ad-hoc strategy analysis to meet senior management requests
• Regularly monitor market developments and provide feedback to management on key highlights
• Lead the annual enterprise risk management process through identifying Company’s top risks and follow-up mitigating actions, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Evaluate & analyze potential M&A opportunities
• Effectively coordinate regional governance process/visits
