• Min. 2  years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of  English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions.
• Ability to maintain a solutions-focused approach
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

To coordinate and support all processes and procedures pertaining to sales and business development for the Growth Markets division of products produced and shippped by Ontex Turkey in order to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
This includes various geographic areas, mainly Africa.  

• Filing and running documentation related to operational activities including shipment, ordering, certification, inspection, sticker implementation, etc in respective areas
• Checking proformas, payments of marketing and general administrative and commercial invoices and submitting them to the Finance Department of Turkey upon confirmation by related managers
• Filing and updating related Commercial Managers and related departments on customer accounts outstanding debts, account negotiations, new account openings and payment terms
• Communicating and coordinating information and process on package changes, POSM preparation, key visual, logo type, packshot transfers, etc in contact with related managers
• Communicating with employees and/or agents on the ground on a regular basis (phone, skype, e-mail), providing them with full support and consultations on document flow and updates on production, marketing, sales, and operation procedures and changes
