COUNTRY DEALER MANAGER (TANZANIA)

• University degree in a related field
• Good command of both English and Swahili languages
• Minimum 5 years of experience on sales in a relevant industry
• Proven track record of sales results (volume and gross)
• Driving license (B), ability to travel abroad
• Military service must be completed by male candidates
• Good command of MS Office tools and preferably SAP
• Must reside in Istanbul Asian side

İŞ TANIMI

• Establishes sales budgets according to company’s targets in terms of product mix, volume and price.
• Encourages the dealers in Tanzania to increase sales through new customers and products.
• Ensures the dealers to work within the company’s procedures and protocols.
• Develops new dealer management systems and improves the current systems to be able to work more efficiently.
• Executes the official contracts between the company and customers/dealers.
• Monitors stock levels of both the company and the dealers and ensures them to stay in optimum stock levels.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and economic indicators.
• Conduct market analysis on the field.
