• University degree (Preferably in Finance or Economics degree, MSc degree in Business Administration is a plus),
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in Finance / Controlling departments, (Audit experience in reputable Audit firm is a plus)
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications & ERP and web based tools,
• Knowledge on financial accounting and reporting (USGAAP)
• Competencies on problem solving, thinking systematically & analytical,
• Detail oriented, team player with the ability to effectively adhere to strict deadlines,
• Good communication and negotiation skills,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Serves as partner for the Local Division Sales Manager, Product Marketing Director and Local Division Customer Support Manager to plan and execute the marketing, sales and distribution strategy for the Country for all the product Bus, aligning with Global BU strategy,
• Responsible for the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to Local Division Controller. Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions,
• Contributes to definition of key performance indicators, identifies issues, and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.  Assesses, supports and monitors country sales plans/forecast and related costs/resources,
• Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensures compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Supports internal and external audits,
• Ensures financial reporting management in accordance with defined quality standards and required ABACUS closing schedules. Oversees all financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting,
• In coordination with the Local Division Controller and/or Country CFO, responsible for Assurance, SOX and overall oversight on the governance,
• Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance,
• Ensures risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility. Identify, account for and manage potential risks in the country relating to frame contract agreements. Support effective implementation of sales, marketing and logistics activities in the country.
