We seek for "SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics & Motion, Robotics Service, in Dudullu with below qualifications;

• University graduation from related fields of universities,
• Preferably related experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Action oriented, analytical, effective communicator, flexible, self-learner,
• Able to manage projects, to negotiate, to solve problems, to pay attention to detail,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side.

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking spare parts orders
• Creating proposals based on orders
• Using SAP for documentation, create order and
• Reporting the activities in the product range
• Managing the relationship with the partner dealer and customers
• Communicate with customers
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Providing data and guides to help the sales team
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Salesforce usage, data entry
• Customer credit control
