EHS Analyst

• Knowledge and education requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Certified about Occupational Health and Safety Specialist B Class Certificate
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Turkish EHS  laws and labor relations.
• Knowledge of LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Machine Guarding, Industrial Truck Safety..
• Auditor in ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 would be an added value

• Experience as EHS professional in manufacturing environment is preferable
• Advanced English language skills
• Flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Self-starter, able to work with or lead cross-functional teams
• Prior experience or education with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports site in achieving EHS targets & objectives.  Supports development, maintenance and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiative.
• Facilitates risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Works with his/her team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
• Supports tracking of appropriate leading and lagging indicators to track EHS performance.
• Supports creation of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity based goals for the his/her manager, leadership team, functional managers, and front-line supervisors to drive EHS culture, compliance and results.
• Supports MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements.
• Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site.
• Supports EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
• Works with EHS leader and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state and local regulations.
• Supports efforts for third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton’s EHS program as world class.
• Provides support on using established EHS data processes such as MESH Prism to manage data.
• Create training matrices to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion.
• Supports efforts to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis
• Inspect, test, and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure they follow safety standards and government regulations
• Work with occupational health and safety specialists to fix hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment
• Evaluate programs on workplace safety and health
• Educate employers and workers about workplace safety
• Demonstrate the correct use of safety equipment
