INTERNATIONAL LEASE CONTRACT SPECIALIST

• University Degree,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in retail or real estate industry,
• Having general contract experience, knowledge of contracting concepts and contract regulations is a plus,
• Basic knowledge of retail leasing and negotiation tactics when dealing with in-house and outside clients
• Basic understanding of fields of construction, operation, legal, insurance, and finance regarding store openings
• Good organizational & time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, second language is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Serve as the point of contact for developers/landlords/management companies on contractual matters.
• Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and developers/landlords/management companies, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
• Finalize the negotiation process till signing of the lease agreement under the consideration of the leasing standards of the company in order to minimize the risks in alignment with corporate and department targets until consensus has been reached,
• Providing the necessary coordination with the other departments in terms of operational, technical, legal and financial issues plus insurance-related issues during the contract negotiation and signature process and also opening of the store,
• Carrying out, manage and conclude the lease contract process according to the annual store opening schedule, Make sure that the contracts are signed and finalized according to the laws and legislations of the related country (notary, confirmation and registration activities),
• Coordinate the construction; and the legal consultancy processes according to the opening target of the store.
