QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager inÇerkezköy Plantswith the following qualifications:
- University degree on industrial engineering,
- Minimum 10 years experience in automotive or home appliances industry,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management,
- Well experienced in lean production methods and production system methodologies,
- Knowledge of Innovation management, MTM, REFA, ISO 9001, productivity improvement projects,
- Knowledge of Values stream design, 8D, leveling, lead time reduction, factory planning, investment planning, strategic investment planning, technology management,
- Having six sigma black belt,
- Fluency in English,
- Experience in project management(especially development projects and manufacturing engineering projects),
- Very good communication skills.
İŞ TANIMI
The person will be responsible for;
- Preparing and releasing processes and machinery development projects,
- Preparing and following up factory investment,
- Layout planning according to production depth and capacity,
- Preparing factory direct worker calculations and improving productivity, definition of the related targets for whole departments and follow them up,
- To support Material, overhead and labor rationalization projects definition and follow-up,
- Contact person to follow production architecture and platform issues in the IE,
- Taking active role in reporting to global product division,
- To manage Manufacturing and Engineering Department.
