GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- University degree in a reputable university.
- Min. 2 years of experience in related area.
- Experience in learning and development issues, experience as a trainer will be an asset.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Good command of MS Office application.
- Team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- No restriction to travel.
İŞ TANIMI
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Analyzes field force training needs, designs and facilitates tranings accordingly.
- Prepares yearly training calendar according to development needs.
- Has an important role in First Line Manager Development process.
- Responsible for facilitating trainings, giving feedback and coaching to Field Force.
- Coordinates educational programmes and workshops.
- Designs training materials and prepares documentation.
- Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assess results and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness of programs
