QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a 'Export Sales Manager' for our client operating inporcelain industry.
· University degree in related fields,
· Minimum 7 years of experience,
· Fluent in English, second foreign language will be an asset,
· Highly organized, strong teamwork skills, result oriented, analytical and problem solving skills, high energy and motivation,
· High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
· Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business,
· Well-developed communicational skills and customer orientation,
· Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies,
· No obstacle to travel,
· Resident in İstanbul Asia Side or Kocaeli.
· Following and analyzing the performances of distributors and customers,
· Focusing on growing and developing existing and potential clients, together with generating new business,
· Solving effectively problems and managing risk to ensure achievement of targets,
· Conducting customer visits,presentations of products to enlarge the customer portfolio.
