• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields,
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing or Salesforce Effectiveness in pharmaceuticals industry,
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel,
• A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills,
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude,
• Self-starting attitude and strong desire to take on increased levels of responsibility,
• Very good command of English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Design and execute the sales incentive plan
• Support the design of the fieldforce structure and territories
• Maintain and adapt the segmentation and targeting model to current business needs
• Provide KPI reports based on regional sales and activity
• Provide regional sales reports for first line managers and sales representatives
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to sales and marketing team based on regional sales and activity
• Responsible for the local support/ implementation of all sales Tools (CRM, others)
• Training and coaching of Field Force in the respective field of expertise
