Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house practitioner or in a law firm, preferably in an international working environment,

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Turkish, particularly strong in legal literacy,

• High level of experience and up-to-date knowledge in the fields of commercial and corporate law and law of obligations,

• Ability to communicate complex subjects effectively with technical and non-technical audiences,

• Business oriented approach, analytical thinking and willingness to assume responsibility in a challenging working environment,

• Team oriented attitude with good communication skills and positiveness,

• Military obligation must be completed for male candidates,

• No travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducting general assemblies and board meetings of Yildirim Group of Companies and keeping the relevant corporate books,

• Attending board meetings, drafting the minutes, providing advice to the board on corporate law issues,

• Attending to all domestic and abroad corporate and contractual meetings of Yildirim Group of Companies,

• Providing consultancy and legal opinion on all kind of legal matters including, inter alia, financing documents having legal effect on the business of Yildirim Group of Companies and its worldwide affiliates and subsidiaries,

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and carrying out closing of all financial transactions (especially project and acquisition finance transactions) of Yildirim Group of Companies; drafting facility agreements, guarantee agreements and other security documents to that end,

• Providing pragmatic legal advice, analyzing and resolving complicated legal issues in the day to day operations with regard to all kind of contractual and financial arrangements and commercial practices,

• Providing advice with regard to group management issues arising from new acquisitions and/or corporate re-structurings, establishing and legal positioning of new domestic companies and coordinating establishment of new abroad group companies as member of the group,

• Coordinating the works of both domestic and abroad outside legal service providers, providing effective flow of information between group company units and such outside service providers, monitoring and compiling the outcome of these services,

• Reviewing and providing legal advice regarding the information memoranda of various projects in the pipeline, preparing all kind of legal documents for corporate projects.
