• Good degree qualification from a top university in computer science, industrial engineering or management information systems
• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating software development and/or implementation life cycle
• Five years of experience in a software development and/or implementation environment
• Oracle eBS (ERP), IBM BPM or Dynamics CRM implementation experience is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects/clients including support and maintenance
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to independently manage projects with minimal supervision
• Able to resolve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• A strong SQL background
• Flexible, creative, positive minded and customer focused
• No military obligations for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team
• Build and promote a positive working environment for the team within your areas as well as other business areas you will engage with
• Assessing customer expectations and translates them to deliverables that meet business needs
• Overall client management, vendor management and project implementation responsibility
• Coordinate and synchronize software development/implementation team and other external and internal groups to design, build, test, and release software on time and with high quality
• Coordinate and perform testing, UAT, training and support activities
• Produce project-related communication such as status reports, change logs, meeting note, etc.
• Ensure that the required project documentation is complete and archived
