•University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
•Min. 3+ years of relevant work experience ideally in a similar role and/or in a global recruitment
company
•Ability to manage & develop a high performance team, previous experience in leadership
•Convincing track record on social media recruitment
•Proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers and HR leadership team
•Sales “attitude”, hands-on mentality and excellent communication techniques
•Ability to establish relationships with all levels of our organization
•Expert knowledge about processes & standards, target group expectations, recruitment channels
•Passion for recruitment topics, especially sourcing and relationship building
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
•Identifying and approaching suitable candidates on appropriate channels proactively
•Independent consolidating, assessing and interviewing of candidates from various sources
•Being the single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
•Close collaboration with our HR Business Partners and business colleagues
•Ongoing development of an exclusive talent pipeline and relationship building with highly attractive profiles
•Analyzing current developments, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions considering recent recruiting trends
•Being part of an ongoing development process right from the beginning
•Leading, onboarding and training (new) colleagues in the team
•Ongoing process optimizing based on continuous self-evaluating and KPI reporting
•Taking initiative for new approaches and managing cultural change in close cooperation with the global Center of Expertise
•Driving exchange and close project collaboration with the global Center of Expertise and network of recruiters worldwide
