Strategic Planning Specialist

• University degree from in Economics, Business Administrative, Administrative Finance or Industrial Engineering. Preferably MBA degree,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position. Preferably in Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting
• Excellent writing and speaking abilities in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) applications.
• History of working with sensitive data and senior executives,
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to drive recommendations,
• Logical problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment

İŞ TANIMI

• Take active role in strategic planning process in Şişecam. He/she will be responsible for defining KPI’s and targets in line with company roles, analyzing group companies’ strategies and projections and ensure the alignment of Şişecam corporate strategy and its implications within the groups.
• Ensure the effective communication of the corporate strategies within the Group
• Undertake clearly structured and rigorous analysis to track strategy execution, strategic initiatives, business plans and KPI’s,
• Support and oversee group level strategic and operational projects and its alignment with the corporate strategy,
• Undertake detailed reviews of businesses, markets and competitive landscapes
• High comprehensibility of and the ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements and statement of cash flows,
• Provide coaching and mentoring to business units/companies in selecting scorecard KPIs and performance targets for those KPIs and identifying strategic initiatives required to achieve those targets ,
• Coordinate business planning process by assisting with modeling initiatives
