- Experience in Banking, m-commerce, consultancy and/or telco sectors preferred
- Bachelor Degree in business, master degree is a plus (MBA)

We are seeking a Mobile Finance Services Snr.Assc.Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Mobile Financial Services Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:

- Mobile payment growth is promising, on rise, and on focus in the world and, in Turkey. Emerging mobile commerce themes show that digital banking is arising in Turkey’s competitive landscape, so it will be in Turkey’s telco environment as well.
- Creating the right mobile strategy demands understanding of how customer drivers differ and evolving
- Guarantee positive P&L through innovative digital payment methods
- Have the capability of fast and accurate regulation understanding; including BDDK (Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu) law, MASAK (Mali Suçları Araştırma Kurulu) regulations, TBB (Türkiye Bankalar Birliği) regulations and BTK announcements and laws
- Apply the regulation significations into business, in a commercially profitable way
- Deep dive and craft the commercial model which will eventually get in integration with internal applications and external merchants such as e-commerce web sites and loyalty applications.
- Big data and customer behaviour analysis based on fact data of Mobile Financial Services Products (Cep Cüzdan, Cep Nakit Card, DAB), create strategies based on the data analysis output and report accordingly.
