Payroll Specialist

Henkel - Türk Henkel A.Ş.

We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist, who will assume responsibility for the payroll operations of Turk Henkel and will be located within the Human Resources Team at the headquarter. The ideal candidate is expected to have; 

• Minimum two years of experience in payroll operation
• SAP or relevant system proficiency
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree
• High level proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing 

İŞ TANIMI

The incumbent will be responsible for;

• Assuming responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process for Turk Henkel employees
• Following the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keeping organisation abreast
• Preparing the necessary data aligned with the SAP infrastructure during the payroll execution
• Is accountable for the preparation of monthly payroll reports 
• Contributing to the regional projects and working aligned with the regional Compensation & Benefits Team
• Is expected to act as the key contact person for all payroll related topics
• Securing effective communication with the Social Security Institution and providing legal documents when/if necessary
• Completing entry and exit process for the official steps aligned with the labor law requirements
• Responsible for the Compensation & Benefits topics and projects, reporting directly to the Operations Manager
