QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University degree from related departments;
· Good command of both written and spoken English;
· Innovative and pro-active person with effective communication skills;
· Target oriented and proactive with a sense of urgency;
· Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required;
· No travel restrictions;
· Driver's license is a must.
· Technical pre-work of the new stores; (Measurement, ventilation system, basic exploration etc.)
· Solving every technical problem of each store in a daily basis;
· Following the maintenance organization and control of all stores;
· Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality;
· Technical supervision of the store openings;
· Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals;
· Traveling regularly to building sites, control and report all process, manage subcontractor;
· Report all process to the management;
· Planning the budget .
