Regional Project Expert

BSH Home Appliances is looking for a Regional Project Expert to be employed in Ümraniye (2-3 days) and Çerkezköy (2-3 days) with following qualifications;
·         University degree in related departments,
·         Min 5 years of professional experience in multinational companies,
·         Controlling experience is preferred,
·         Leadership experience in projects,
·         English is must, German is asset,
·         No travel restriction,
·         Assertive and team player with intercultural competence.

İŞ TANIMI

• Define project requirements from Legal, Tax, Customs, Finance, Controlling, IT and other business administration areas; assign tasks to related areas, coordinate and enforce them to achieve the goals.
• Support other business units (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Production) to develop the project targets, identify potential risks and minimize them.
• Coordinate BSH Corporate Departments' involvement of project developments, support Regional Projects Department for uncertain and unprecedented processes.
• Support selection process of external third-party consultancies on Business Administration area. Responsible for service assignment, information exchange and cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Follow up subsidiary establishment roadmap, ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow up and report on macroeconomic and business environment developments in target countries
• Monitor and report Business Plan / Forecast / Actual financial performance of the projects and drive implementation within RTC Financials.
• Develop and implement new processes to support and monitor new business requirements
• Report to Regional Projects Department Leader on project progress and development.
• Assess business administration topics, bring clarity by evaluating possible solutions and make final decisions.
