What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field
* 5-8 years of experience in similar functions.
* Experience in BT Sector will be an asset
* Advanced level of knowledge in Autocad or similar software
* Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office Applications
* Knowledge in Project Management tools and processes
* Knowledge on compliance, negotiation and communication methods, change& claim management, risk& opportunity management, Health & Safety Regulations
* Excellent command of English (German will be an asset)
What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
* Driving license is required
* No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Building Technologies (BT) Division in Kartal, we are looking for a Bid and Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) related systems and solutions for BT Projects. Location for this position is Ankara.
What are my responsibilities?
* Active involvement in the sales / project initiation phase by customer visits and site surveying (For New Projects)
* Analyzing of site requirements and examination of the technical feasibility and transferability into a bid or project proposal by budget preparation (For New Projects)
* Management and coordination of both external and internal resources and partners necessary for pursuing projects effectively and efficiently
* Coordination with customers/consultants to successfully complete the projects on time and at defined quality
* Evaluation and management of the risks and opportunities of the projects
* Preparation of regular project reporting
* Participation in project status and milestone review meetings
* Contract, change and claim management of the projects
* Participation in processes that sustain and improve customer relationship and satisfaction
* Coordination and collaboration with project team members (Customer Services, Supply Chain Management, Sales& Marketing, Quality Management, suppliers, sub-contractors etc.)
* Supervision and coordination of site preparation, installation, start-up and application training processes on the field.
* Implementation of Siemens Corporate Regulations throughout project life-cycle
* Follow up necessary and up-to-date Health and Safety requirements to be fulfilled at on-site level
