• Monitoring and reporting all Balance Sheet risks and ensure their prudent management, including; liquidity and funding risk, structural interest rate risk, transfer pricing, structural FX risk.
• Reviewing the interpretation of the liquidity data and trends in business terms (ex. product mix & volume), to provide business insight.
• Executing and monitoring the production of liquidity stress tests and scenario analysis.
• Reviewing and setting the transfer pricing process.
• Producing and controlling the allocation of liquidity costs following the guidelines set out in the global and HBTR ALCM framework.
• Reviewing proactive reports and analyses for senior management and the local and regional Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).
• Monitoring and performing the studies in the evaluation of the overall liquidity impact of proposed new products
• Involvement in FCB project and implementation of Group systems.
• Controlling that all costs/benefits associated with the management of liquidity and funding risk should be allocated to the business lines and major product categories.
• Controlling that the recharge of these costs must be visible and transparent.
• Controlling the production of business lines’ internal P&L.
• Preparing the reports related to daily treasury P&L and analyzing the daily/monthly/yearly results.
• Following the markets risk limits and the utilization daily;
• Performing market risk control and reporting tasks,
• Performing various controls on the treasury activity, communicating with the desks for any kind of deficiency and control weakness,
• Reviewing the valuation models periodically
• Preparing process and procedure documents related to tasks assigned to the department,
• Supporting the hedge accounting cycle by preparing the prospective, retrospective tests and capacity tests,
• Performing reconciliation between primary trading systems, reporting systems and trial balance

İŞ TANIMI

• University degree

• Excellent command of both written and verbal  English
• Understanding Banking as a whole

• To be familiar with Banking Regulations 
• Good general experience and familiarity with banking products and their liquidity aspects
• Previous exposure to Regulatory Reporting
• Familiarity with the systems, processes and operating models that underpin bank finance, risk or liquidity reporting
• Excellent command of MS office, especially MS Excel/Access (command of VBA and SQL preferable)
• 2 to 6 years’ experience in ALCM/Finance or related areas like Treasury / Balance Sheet Management/ or related activity in retail banking.
• High level analysis skills, including the ability to look at the bigger picture and interpret data & trends in the context of business, macro-economic or Regulatory drivers, as well as  the ability to work quickly & accurately to tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to make analysis and interpretations
• The ability & confidence to interact with senior management, both within the ALCM team and in product areas
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including high level report writing & presentation abilities
• Ability to critically review and challenge numbers
