•Technical background of PS core devices such as Ericsson SGSN and GGSN and platforms such as PCRF, Allot, Byte.
•Experience in Network troubleshooting tools and NMS tools
•Experience in Cisco IOS
•Ability to analyze network problems
•Ability to make configuration changes on CPN Network elements
•Very good skills in understanding TCP/IP & data networking specifications.
•Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline
•Good technical background of IP network technologies
•Experience in IP Network toubleshooting activities
•Basic understanding of Data network Security.
•Basic understanding of GSM, GPRS, VoIP & Signaling.                                          
•Good problem solving skills
•Technical qualification in a network related subject and relevant accreditations from network supplier
•Hands-on experience with router and switch configuration produced by various vendors
